By accessing and using Novault ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Non-Custodial Disclaimer

Critical: Novault does not hold, manage, or custody user funds. You maintain full control of your private keys and wallet. The Platform is a non-custodial interface to smart contracts on public blockchains. Novault is not a bank, custodian, or financial institution.

3. Smart Contract Risk

The Platform facilitates interaction with smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. Smart contracts carry inherent risks:

• Code vulnerabilities or bugs may result in loss of funds
• Blockchain network congestion may delay transactions
• Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain
• You interact with smart contracts at your own risk

Novault is not liable for losses resulting from smart contract interactions, code vulnerabilities, or blockchain-related issues.

4. No Financial Advice

The Platform provides tools and information for cryptocurrency transactions. Novault does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. All activities on the Platform are at your sole discretion and risk. Consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

5. Eligibility & Restrictions

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of jurisdictions where the Platform is prohibited
• Not be listed on any OFAC or governmental sanctions list
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

6. No Uptime Guarantee

Novault is provided "as-is" without warranty of continued availability. The Platform may be unavailable due to:

• Blockchain network issues or congestion
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• External technical factors beyond our control

We make no guarantee regarding uptime or performance. You are responsible for monitoring the Platform's status.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Secure your private keys and wallet access at all times
• Verify all transaction details before confirming on-chain
• Conduct your own due diligence on tokens and projects
• Not engage in illegal activities or market manipulation
• Not attempt to exploit or attack the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Novault. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novault is not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to smart contract vulnerabilities
• Losses from market price movements
• Loss of access to your wallet or private keys
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Novault harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

11. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Novault operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of applicable courts for dispute resolution.

12. Modification of Terms

Novault reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Termination

Novault may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you retain access to your on-chain assets through your wallet.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
